Does anybody remember my ice cream vans coming round Laindon in the sixties?

  • Yes Tony, I remember your ice cream vans very well. We lived across the road to you at number 47. Do I remember correctly that you got your ice cream from Cornwall? I know it was lovely.

  • Hi Tony; yes I do remember your ice cream vans very well always came round about tea time. Thanks from all the mums who had just put tea on the table, no really your ice cream was lovely and so were your burgers you sold later. My flat in Royal Court always smelt of onions as my eldest son was your chief onion peeler for the burgers.
